SALON POLICIES

Booking Policy

•Notice of cancellation is required within 48 hours. Any appointment cancelled within the 48 hours will be charged a fee of 50% of services booked. Those cancelled within 24 hours will be charged the full amount of the service.
•All new clients must provide a $50 credit card deposit in order to save a spot on all future bookings. This deposit will go toward your service at the time of your arrival but, will be forfeited if the booking is cancelled and not rescheduled immediately outside of the 48 hour cancellation time.
•By booking an appointment, all clients agree to these policies and provide a credit card to remain on file.
• All clients will be required to keep a credit card on file in order to retain your appointment

 

Children's Policy

Salons are filled with potentially dangerous items such as scissors, chemicals, hot irons, etc. In addition to these challenges, our salon is a special place for people to recharge and spend some “me time.” Thus, customer’s and employees alike can be fiercely opposed to children because they detract from the experience and can also be a serious liability to small business owners. Due to safety considerations and limited space, children are not permitted in the salon during your appointment.
