An Orange County native, I began my hair career in Newport Beach in 2001. Building a strong clientele of women who demand high quality and detail in their look. Known for my long-lasting blowdries, I opened East Eighteenth Salon in 2018 with the intention of creating a comfortable and inspiring environment for stylists and clients to feel their best- A safe space with no ego, bringing out confidence and beauty in our team of stylists as well as our clients.
Making it a point to keep on trend and continue my education in color, cut and styling, I’ve learned from and studied under some of the industry greats. It may take a little more time and cost a little more money but the outcome of the artistry in undeniable.
I thrive on the science behind hair and coloring it. Focusing on keeping the hair healthy while creating each signature style. I specialize in custom color while maintaining the integrity of the hair as a canvas for my art.

I started at East Eighteenth about 4 years ago, 2 of those years were spent assisting the best Lauren Stalcup! I learned so much I couldn’t have asked for a better mentor. Be surrounded by so many talented people has made me the stylist I am today. I went on my own in 2021, I definitely would say I mostly specialize in lived in color and cutting but love doing it all. I absolutely love what I do and am so grateful for the friendships I’ve made with not only my coworkers but all my clients as well and can’t wait for many more!

Hi there! My name is Nancy and I’ve been in the industry since 2019 specializing in lived-in color and cuts. I graduated from Paul Mitchell and am happy to have found a home at East Eighteenth. I love the craft and am passionate about bringing hair goals to life and giving confidence to my clients.
Outside of the salon, I’ve recently become an avid concert goer, or you can probably find me at my favorite coffee or boba shops. My favorite way to unwind at the end of the day is with a good work out, good self care routine, and watching a good show.

Born, raised, and currently based in Southern California, Brittney has always had an adoration for all things beauty. She started working at 15 years old in service/retail industry jobs and quickly became passionate to one day become an entrepreneur.
She began in the industry about 10 years ago to pursue hairstyling and started by training under owner Megan as she furthered her career to become an independent stylist.
As East Eighteenth began to grow at the start of 2018, the opportunity to become part of the team was presented and Brittney was elated to join in opening this incredible boutique salon with her mentor Megan!
Over the years, she has continued to educate herself in the latest hair trends, she is always excited to try new techniques, and happiest seeing her clients love the way they look and feel leaving her chair. Her favorite services to perform include lived-in blonding, toning, and styling.
Brittney is also an active mother of a 1 1/2 year old baby girl named Harlow. She and her boyfriend love to take their daughter on long walks along the beach, hang at the beach park, and go on little family trips any chance they get!

She was trained in Beverly Hills, where she honed her tipping technique which creates the soft, blended highlights adored by her clients. Her color can best be described as soft and sun kissed—for the client who appreciates a low maintenance look. With an emphasis on cultivating healthy hair, her approach to haircuts compliment her hair coloring by nurturing growth, and encouraging natural texture. When she is not in the salon, Francesca enjoys spending time at the beach with her family every chance she gets.
